This website has a listing of all the medical programs that are recognized by the Singaporean government. VERY IMPORTANT: You may attend any of these colleges, but you *must* attend the same college all the way through, from your first year until you are finished with medical school. That is about 7 or 8 years of school, depending on what you decide to specialize in (like pediatrics, internal medicine, or whatever) (remove all spaces from the following link or it won't work) http://www.smc.gov.sg/ html/115370 9442948.html In the meantime, while you are preparing for college, you should be taking as many science classes as possible, such as biology, chemistry, anatomy, as many as you can fit into your schedule. And don't take the easiest courses. Take the IB or AP level courses. You have to get really good grades all the way through high school to get accepted to a good college, and they don't want to see easy courses on your transcript. If you aim to be a doctor, they want to know you can handle the hard ones. Colleges invest a lot of time and effort into students, so you have to prove to them that you are worth it. I strongly recommend you improve your English skills as well, no matter where you go to college, because it seems that everybody is learning English, so it would make it easier for you to communicate with your patients. Doctors have to be extremely skilled communicators. Some other job options you might consider: Physician's Assistant and Nurse Practitioner. Hope this helps you!
