How is it like working in New Zealand?
I'm thinking of moving and working there or in Singapore, but it looks like it may be easier to move to NZ. So what I'm asking is how is it like to work in NZ? Especially for teachers and nurses?

The rates of pay are lower than in other countries. I taught in the UK and found the "respect"for teachers not as high as it is in NZ, but thats not the case in all schools. I think there is more support for teachers from upper manangement in NZ than I had in the UK which does help. There are always going to be some things to deal with but I would say its going to be better than the USA.
